Dominigo MUJICA was born in Maracay, Venezuela. He began viola at the age of 14. Graduated from the Julliard School where he studied viola under the direction of Margaret Pardee and chamber music with Lilian Fuchs, Paul Doktor and Samuek Rhodes. He has since been invited to play the concertos of Telemann, Stamitz, Bartok, Walton with the Sinfonica Municipal de Caracas Orchestra. At 23 years old he arrived in Toulouse where he is currently principal viola of the Orchestre National du Capitole.
