Stéphanie Padel

Violin

Originally from Gard, Stéphanie Padel started playing the violin at the age of 8 in the small school of Bagnols sur Cèze. Then followed studies at the Avignon Conservatory, which led him to confirm his vocation at the CRR in Boulogne Billancourt. Two years later, she joined the CNSMD in Lyon and obtained her Master 2012. In 2013 she entered the 3rd cycle of the CNSMD of Lyon and obtained a Diploma of Performing Artist. She then performed as a soloist with the Ensemble Carpe Diem, the Sostenuto Orchestra and the Orchestre du CNSMD de Lyon.

Very interested in ensemble music, she performs with prestigious orchestras such as the Orchestre de l'Opera de Paris, the Orchestre du Capitole de Toulouse, the Orchestre des Pays de Savoie, the Orchestre d'Auvergne as well as groups such as Les Frivolités Parisiennes, Orfeo 21.

Also passionate about contemporary and jazz music, she joined the Collectif Opera alongside the Nantes-based duo Moongaï as well as the Collectifs Paris Swing and Umlaut Bigband.

At the same time, she teaches at the Fontenay sous Bois School of Music.
