Appassionato is an ensemble founded by Mathieu Herzog, in order to restore the great symphonic works by relying on the qualities of a chamber orchestra: precision of ensemble work, clarity of timbres and instrumental cohesion to give a new and accessible vision of the great masterpieces of orchestras.  

To do this, an ensemble of 15 musicians and singers of the highest level perform arrangements specially designed to enhance the finesse of the original instrumentation.
